True North has three interconnected components, each building on the last:

1. Groundwork Questionnaire

This questionnaire lays the foundation upon which we build everything else. It’s about identifying what’s important to you, what you’d like to work on, and what’s getting in the way.

It also seeks to understand your current capacity, things you might’ve tried before, and which tools you’re interested in trying.

Your answers will inform not just what you want to change, but how change should be approached.

This will be set out in your Blueprint.

2. True North Blueprint

True North Blueprint’s are intentionally short and immediately actionable.

They are designed to guide the next four weeks - not to solve everything, but to create baseline conditions for ongoing improvement. Rather than overwhelm you with ideas and long term plans, your Blueprint will concentrate on the small handful of actions that will make the biggest difference right now.

This four week focus also aligns with the weekly cadence and 4 week “block” flow of the True North app.

Your Blueprint will set out:

  • Overarching strategy, and why this suits you

  • Clear criteria to help you recognise progress

  • A small set of key actions, including their purpose, why they work, and the tools that support them.

Most importantly, your Blueprint is designed to be “doable” even on your worst weeks. It doesn’t ask more of you - it makes better use of what you already have.

3. True North app

The True North app contains all the tools you need to implement your Blueprint.

It brings together journaling, habit tracking, task scheduling, and more into one system — helping you follow through without adding clutter or complexity.

The True North app establishes a weekly delivery and review cadence that let’s you plan for and reflect on each week. This process establishes a positive feedback loop that helps you identify and apply key lessons as you keep moving forward.

A key feature is the customisable daily metrics tool which let’s you track key metrics like mood, energy, focus etc. This turns qualitative emotions into quantitative data.

The app automatically integrates this with your habit data, so you can clearly see what’s correlations between what you’re doing and how you’re feeling.
