I’m a project manager with 15 years’ experience supporting the delivery of energy infrastructure projects across Australia and the UK — high-pressure environments where clarity and consistency matter.
I’m also a dad of two young kids. And like many people juggling work and family, I found myself searching for a structured way to stay steady under pressure.
Over the years I’ve read books, listened to podcasts and experimented with countless tools — journaling apps, habit trackers, productivity systems. Each was useful in isolation, but none provided an integrated, personalised system that translated insight into consistent action.
When our son arrived in early 2025, the stakes felt higher. I wanted a practical system to manage stress, maintain physical health, and show up as my best self at work and at home - so I built one.
True North exists to provide a structured middle ground between generic self-help and clinical support — helping capable people stay clear, calm and consistent on their busiest days.
